As Client Success Manager, you’ll be the person our clients call when they have questions.

The person who checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly.

The person who spots opportunities to help them grow even more.

You’ll work with our 35+ clients to make sure they’re happy, informed, and getting results.

YOU MUST BE:

You will be perfect if you have:

  • Agency Experience: At least 1 year working with clients in a marketing agency. You know how agency life works.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: You understand Google Ads, Facebook ads, and how campaigns work. You don’t need to run them, but you need to speak the language.
  • People Skills: You’re great with people. You can calm down an upset client and make them feel heard.
  • Numbers Brain: You can read reports, understand ROI, and explain what the numbers mean in simple terms.
  • Growth Mindset: You see problems and think “How can we fix this?” instead of making excuses.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Daily client check-ins – Making sure clients feel supported every single day
  • Weekly ROI reports – Updating clients on their stats so they know exactly how their ads are doing
  • Monthly dashboard updates – Creating simple reports that show client growth over time
  • Growth hacking process – Finding ways to help clients scale their results even more
  • Client onboarding – Welcoming new clients and getting them set up smoothly
  • Problem solving – Turning unhappy clients into raving fans
  • Communication management – Staying on top of WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls
  • Strategy calls – Meeting with clients to plan their next steps
  • Spotting opportunities – Noticing when a client is ready to spend more and grow faster

THE POSITION PACKAGE:

  • Salary Range: R25,500 – R35,500 per month
  • Work Hours: 8am – 5pm
  • Location: Remote with in-person team meetups in Dainfern, Fourways (at least twice monthly)
  • Start Date: ASAP
